Female Ski Jumpers Survive Holocaust?

Do you ever wake up in the morning and open up the newspaper to see a story where you half expect Ashton Kusher to come running around the corner with a film crew? Well female ski jumpers have now been compared to Jews suffering in the Holocaust. Wow. What do you say to something like that? Look I am on the record saying that I think the sport should be in the Winter Olympics, but just because very few women want to fly through the air for long distances and attempt landing on their feet, we can't mandate the IOC to include it in the Games. When I did a poll asking people what belonged as an Olympic sport, Female Ski Jumping came in second place between pushing smart cars out of 3 inches of snow and driveway shovelling.

I don't really know what else to say beyond that which I have already.  We need to encourage more young ladies to go flying through the air, touch the sky, and land on their feet.  Increase participaction rates, and I'm sure the IOC will include it in Moscow.

WHICH OF THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE A SPORT IN THE WINTER OLYMPICS?

Pushing Smart Cars out of 3 Inches of Snow (35%)
Women's Ski Jump (29%)
Driveway Shoveling (19%)
Freestyle Snowmobiling (7%)

  3. I get the feeling the ski jumpers are a bit embarrassed right now at this new found support.
You can almost hear them sending them a quick email informing them they are not helping.
This action isn't about helping the women ski jumpers, its all about a visceral hate on of PM Harper.
Wasn't Libby Davis one of the MP's accusing the government of jigging the torch relay so it only went through conservative ridings?

  4. As the females also can ski we need to go early to the places where we can find more space to ski. Enjoy the luxury ski holidays for this year.
